BOOKING POLICY

To guarantee and confirm your reservation, prepayment is required, which can be made in cash, by card, or via a designated link.
All major credit and prepaid cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before midnight on the day of arrival.
For late cancellations or no-shows, a penalty of 100% of the total reservation amount will be applied.
